We believe in CAREER DEVELOPMENT! Whether you are new to the role or have been working in similar practices, we help you plan, become acclimatized, and provide courses to sharpen and add new skills to your personal tool- kit. Are you a believer that learning never ends?

We are offering a competitive split (to be discussed with applicants) and are hiring on a part-time basis with the potential to expand to full-time hours. There are available in-person hours from Tuesday through Saturday, with optional virtual services, so scheduling is flexible.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in collaboration with like minded practitioners
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and interest in continuing education
• Member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
• Previous experience in an orthopedic/sports medicine clinic setting (volunteer or paid)
• Team player and eager to learn
• Ability to time mange and prioritize well
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and individual setting
• Some marketing tasks

What will be asked of you:

• Commit to your onboarding so you can get up to speed much quicker
• Be involved in building your practice
• Up to date with HCP First Aid and CPR
• Love to help people even if the environment can be fast paced at times

Preferred but NOT required:

• Sports medicine experience
• Athlete care experience
• Experience in a multidisciplinary practice including working with orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine physicians
• Proficient in Microsoft office, google docs, and basic office equipment
• Prior experience with electronic medical records
• Knowledge of general office procedures
