In this lively discussion, learn about new approaches to practice management. Listen as our panelists speak to the following questions: How has your practice changed since the pandemic? What models are you deploying in your practice to reach more people? What role will technology have in the practice of the future? How does the role of the traditional one-on-one, patient-practitioner visit fit in the practice of the future?

Closing Forum

The 5T’s Toolkit -- Moving from Transaction to Transformation
Discussion leader: Dr. Meghan Walker, ND (inactive), Chief Cheerleader at Entrepology Labs & Clinician Business Labs

In the closing forum, Dr. Walker will help grads and interns start thinking about practice management in non-traditional ways through use of what she calls the 5T’s toolkit. The five T’s are target, transformation, trust, traffic and conversion tool (turning a fan into a patient). Dr. Walker believes the 5Ts must be in place to address the needs of a new breed of patients who are no longer interested in transactional care and instead seek sustainable, transformational health care.
