This course allows students to continue the development of their clinical skills through direct contact with patients. Under the mentorship of fourth-year interns and clinical faculty, students perform portions of the patient intake and physical exam on RSNC patients. Students spend time shadowing clinic faculty and their fourth-year mentor, and are assessed on clinical competencies such as patient rapport, intake skills, professionalism and medical record keeping.
