**This course is happening at the same time as the OAND AGM. In order to encourage your attendance and participation at the OAND AGM, this course will be available via webinar until April 30th for those attending the AGM** **THIS COURSE IS AVAILABLE VIA LIVE WEBINAR. Login will be sent to all who register** THE NEW REGULATIONS (12-2pm) Find out the latest information on the new regulations governing the practice of IV therapy. • What are the allowed IV substances? • What are the new first aid medicines for IV therapy? • What are the new regulations for IV in Ontario? • What are the new charting requirements? RESEARCH PROJECT OUTCOMES (2-4pm) Practical lessons learned from the past year of patient care and research for those with cancer and chronic disease: • How are the outcomes from the Bastyr Cancer Trial looking? • How can those impact our daily practice? • What are the important lessons learned about the synergy of parenteral additives? • How do we incorporate all this in a safe and effective manner? ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (4-5pm) Roundtable discussion with both Dr. Saunders and Dr. Anderson

Login will be sent to all who register** Dr. Paul Anderson Dr. Paul Anderson taught at National College of Naturopathic Medicine between 1994 and 2002, and between 2003 and 2005 he maintained a private practice in Arizona while being full time faculty at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Between 1980 and 2006 he taught as adjunct or visiting professor at all U.S. naturopathic medical schools, as well as many other universities and colleges. Dr. Anderson has taught Physical and Clinical Diagnosis, Medical Office Procedures, Advanced Naturopathic Therapeutics, Pharmacology, clinical rotations, EENT, and is core faculty member in the naturopathic medicine program and provides clinical supervision at Bastyr Center for Natural Health. Dr. Paul Saunders Dr. Saunders currently teaches Botanical Medicine, Parenteral Therapy, Venipuncture and Homeopathic Medicine. He has made numerous radio, TV, newspaper and public lecture appearances to foster awareness about various aspects of naturopathic medicine. Dr. Saunders was an expert witness for the Crown in two murder cases involving the use of a botanical medicine. He has also participated in many conferences including Mount Sinai Hospital's Colon Cancer Forum and the second International Herbal Medicine Conference. An avid lecturer, he has spoken to such groups as the Peel Region Health Workers, Toronto Catholic Teachers and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He is also involved in several research studies.
