FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are the registration deadlines?
There is limited space for all classes and each spot will
be filled on a first-come, first served basis provided full payment
has been received. Registration forms and payment must be received
no later than one week prior to the course start date.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money
order. Please make all cheques payable to CCNM. Payments must be made
in full at the time of registration. A $30 service charge will be
issued for all NSF cheques.
What are the course cancellation and refund policies?
Each course has a minimum enrolment requirement. Students will
be notified at least 48 hours in advance if the course has been
cancelled and a full refund of the course fees will be issued. Please
refer to the refund/withdrawal policies page for
more information about CCNM’s refund policy.
Are there prerequisites?
Some courses may have prerequisites. Check the course
overviews on the course’s individual web page.
Are there additional costs for handouts?

Where are the courses held?
All courses are held at the CCNM campus, 1255 Sheppard Avenue East (at Leslie Street), except where noted. Our
location map outlines major transportation routes to the College.
Is parking available?
Parking is available on the premises for a fee. Don’t forget
to obtain your parking ticket from one of the Pay and Display
units located throughout the parking lot.
CCNM reserves the right to cancel, change lecturers or
relocate courses and will not be held responsible for any expenses
incurred to the student due to such changes. Comments and information
