We offer co-ed accommodations both on a short-term and year-round basis. Residents are just steps away from amenities such as the College's Learning Resources Centre and the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic.

Residence Rooms
- 172 rooms (single-occupancy only)
- Include a single bed, desk and chair, ethernet internet, wardrobe closet and a personal refrigerator

TV Lounges/Dining Areas
- Located on each floor, have wireless Internet access, satellite television and a balcony overlooking the courtyard
- A fully equipped kitchen adjoins each lounge
- Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor

Security
24-hour security personnel as well as monitored security cameras are located on the campus grounds.
