Scholarships and Bursaries
With no direct government support, those who wish to become naturopathic doctors face tuition fees of over $16,000 per year for each of their four years of study. These costs are in addition to those faced while successfully completing at least three years of university prior to entry to the naturopathic doctor program. Without better financial aid many potentially great doctors will never have the opportunity to enter the field.

Research
CCNM conducts research in a variety of areas, including natural health products, corporate wellness, public health, HIV treatment, botanical medicines, infectious disease and herb-drug interactions.  CCNM’s research papers have been published in many of the world’s top medical journals, including the Canadian Medical Association Journal, British Medical Journal and the Journal of the American Medical Association.

Clinic
The Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic operates four teaching clinics in conjunction with community health centres. Fourth-year interns, under the supervision of clinic faculty, provide naturopathic medical care at these sites once a week, throughout the year.

Programs and Resources
CCNM is planning to provide enhanced opportunities for Canadians to access naturopathic medicine and information. Specifically, the College is committed to developing new programming, state-of-the art facilities and technologies, and a larger pool of qualified naturopathic doctors across Canada.

Memoriam and Tributes
Through the In Memoriam/Tribute Gifts program of The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), you can make a gift of support in memory of a person or in honour of a person or event.

Herb Garden
CCNM’s Paracelsus Herb Garden is teaching tool for students, a meditation space for everybody and a botanical garden, which shows natural and cultural aspects of naturopathic medicine. It also a place for rest and relaxation for our patients, student, staff and visitors.

Corporate Sponsorship
Becoming a corporate sponsor gives your business great exposure in our community in a very cost-effective way.  These partnerships ensure that we can continue providing services to our students and to the greater community.

Planned Giving
As part of your long-term financial planning, planned giving allows you to make a substantial gift to The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) while gaining considerable tax and estate planning benefits.

Naturopathic South Africa AIDS Project
Two naturopathic students and one supervisor have the opportunity to work with and treat youth living with HIV/AIDS in the North West Province of South Africa. This trip is in partnership with Millennium Kids Global Project in South Africa (MKGP) who have been awarded a grant from the North West Province Department of Health to develop a program that incorporates youth empowerment and CAM in the treatment and support of youth living with HIV/AIDS.
