AODA Customer Service Policy

CCNM is committed to providing goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. This policy outlines how the College fulfills this commitment and what individuals can expect when accessing services at the College.

Accessible Entrances
Accessible Entrances are located on the west side of the College at the end of the driveway off of Old Leslie Street and at the front of the College at the receiving entrance. Please direct all Wheel-Trans pick-ups and drop-offs to the front of the College at the receiving entrance. If the front accessible entrance is unavailable, please use the west side accessible entrance off of Old Leslie Street.

If you are coming from the front entrance of the College, please follow the blue accessibility signs. The receiving entrance is halfway up the driveway, before you get to the main entrance.

Accessibility ramps are located on the west side of the College off of Old Leslie Street and inside the building’s main entrance by the front desk. Upon entering the College’s via the main or the west entrances, the elevator is located to the right of the front desk. If entering through the receiving entrance, the elevator is two immediate right turns from the entrance.

The Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, CCNM Integrative Healthcare Centre and the main College entrance are located on the 1st floor of the building while the Integrated Breastfeeding Centre is located on the 2nd floor.
