Practice Description	The Vaughan Medical Centre is a multidisciplinary practice with two naturopathic doctors, a homeopathic doctor, physiotherapists, a chiropractic doctor, a massage therapist and two medical doctors. The services include a walk-in clinic for acute health concerns, in-house laboratory services and an in house dispensary. Tanya Wylde has a special interest and experience in guiding overweight patients through a healthy weight reduction program focusing on optimal nutrition and exercise. With her keen interest in nutrition as the foundation of all her naturopathic therapies she came to realize the importance of breast feeding. She has committed herself to many hours of additional training in Breast Feeding Consultation with Dr. Jack Newman, pediatrician and Ontario’s finest specialist in Lactation Consultation at North York General Hospital (now located at CCNM!). She also has a strong interest in helping patients with female health concerns and autoimmune conditions. Upon graduation, Tanya was honoured to receive “The President’s Letter of Recognition in Homeopathic Medicine” from the clinic faculty. She continues to use homeopathy as one of her main modalities to address the mind/body/spirit connection as she guides her patients along their paths to optimal wellness.
