Practice Description	Dr. Mahalia Freed, BA, ND, Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Mahalia's family practice offers a range of resources, customized to your unique needs, including nutrition, herbal medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, and counselling. "I believe that people can learn to engage their innate healing abilities," Mahalia says, "And find a healthy balance in their lives." Mahalia is a certified Healthy Breast Program Teacher, an educator with the Rainbow Health Network, and a lecturer at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. While her practice is both eclectic and inclusive, she has a special focus in women’s health, including breast health, hormone-balancing, fertility and perinatal care, as well as a commitment to LGBT3IQ wellness. Mahalia Freed completed her medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and her undergraduate degree in Applied Human Health Sciences at the University of Guelph. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is licensed by the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy - Naturopathy.
