FAQ

What are the registration deadlines?
There is limited space for all classes and each spot will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis provided full payment has been received. Registration forms and payment must be received no later than one week prior to the course start date.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order. Please make all cheques payable to CCNM. Payments must be made in full at the time of registration. A $30 service charge will be issued for all NSF cheques.

What are the course cancellation & refund policies?
Each course has a minimum enrolment requirement. Students will be notified at least 48 hours in advance if the course has been cancelled and a full refund of the course fees will be issued.
You must notify CCNM one week prior to the course start date if you wish to cancel your enrolment. At that time, 80 % of the course fee will be returned. Failure to provide one week's notice will result in loss of course fee.

Are there prerequisites?
Some courses may have prerequisites. Check the course overviews on the course's individual web page.

Are there additional costs for handouts?
Course handouts are included in the course fee unless otherwise noted.

Where are the courses held?
All courses are held at the CCNM campus, 1255 Sheppard Ave. E. (at Leslie St.), except where noted. Directions and location map available here.

Is parking available?
Parking is available on the premises for a fee. Don't forget to bring your parking slip with you, as payment machines are located in the front lobby.

CCNM reserves the right to cancel, change lecturers or relocate courses and will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred to the student due to such changes. Comments and information provided by instructors do not necessarily reflect the views of CCNM.
